SRN's focus is to give the youth opportunities they've never had; to open their eyes to the doors they never knew existed, so that they can one day pass those opportunities on to their own children - thus ending the cycle of homelessness.

Recently, SRN students tried their hand at kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery. Kintsugi celebrates repair rather than hiding it, making it part of the object’s unique story.

At SRN, safe housing is just the beginning. Our after-school curriculum gives students opportunities to learn, create and connect – and realize their own potential.

This week, that meant health class after school with Tampa General Hospital – giving students a chance to learn directly from healthcare experts and start creating habits for long-term well-being.
