We are here to organize on behalf of, defend, and protect black lives in the Tampa Bay Community

Linktr.ee/theBcmTampa The Black Collective Movement - Tampa, or BCMTampa (BCM) was started by one student from the University of South Florida. She saw a need for her community to wake up to the injustices not only towards Black people in Tampa but those around the country, specifically George Floyd.

With her vision and the help of eight strong-willed and strong-minded individuals brought BCMTampa to life; all of whom, are or were students of the University of South Florida. Each with their own goal and methods but, the consistent theme of Black Liberation for all.

‘Tis the season to give✨🎄The holidays are usually a difficult time for many and this year is no different. In order to spread some joy and relieve stress, BCM will be hosting “Dear Santa”.

This program will allow for kids ages 3-17 to provide us with their wishlists and it will allow YOU to help make their holidays magical! If you’re interested in signing up for the program, please fill out the form from the link in our bio!

Hello everyone! With hurricane season, a global pandemic, coupled with housing and job insecurity- a lot of people need help! Join BCM as we hand out bags filled with a few items to help the houseless community in Tampa Bay.

In collaboration with The Peoples Safety Coalition, is urging people to sign up for public comment at the City Council Meeting Tomorrow!

We apologize for such a short notice but we want to ensure that the council knows that we want CARE not COPS! An increase in TPDs budget is a death sentence for Black and Brown folks, poor folks, differently abled folks, and everyone else who doesn’t receive the care they need.
