Howard University Alumni Club of Central Florida - HUAC CF

The Howard University Alumni Club of Central Florida will serve the Bison community in Tampa Bay and The purpose of HUAC of Central Florida shall be to:

Promote Howard University as an institution of academic excellence and to create and maintain an environment that encourages alumni participation through volunteerism and financial support for the University. Promote closer fellowship among the alumni, our community and the current student body. Establish a medium for serving and supporting the University in the advancement of higher education. D.

Keep the central Florida area alumni informed concerning their alma mater, its problems, needs and its progress toward the realization of its goals. E. Recruit students to Howard University. F. Assist in establishing scholarship programs for students at Howard University

Greetings Bison Family! If you didn't know, the HUACCF Jacksonville Committee is now leading the Central Florida constituent unit, and I have taken on the role of interim president. As we work towards continuing a cohesive Central Florida club, please continue to access this site, our Jacksonville Mecca FB group page, and my Twitter page () for information regarding meetings and/or events. (We hope to reactivate the HUACCF Twitter page soon.)
Please also note: Our next scheduled Jacksonville event is the "Freshmen Send-Off Luncheon" to be held on Saturday, July 28th. We encourage the leadership in the Tampa and Orlando areas to host a similar event. Thanks so much! ✊🏾
