The Puerto Rico Statehood Students Association is an American non-profit student organization that seeks the admission of Puerto Rico as the next state of our union. The Puerto Rico Statehood Students Association is an organization for all students who view statehood as the solution to Puerto Rico’s political status quandary. Our objective is that Puerto Rico become the 51st state of the Union, in

order to fully guarantee our rights as American citizens, and to ensure the social and economic prosperity of Puerto Rico into the future.

San Juan- Chardon Avenue in front of Federal Building
Washington- North side of Capitol building
Orlando- Cranes Roost Park , 274 Crane Roost Blvd. Altamonte Springs, Florida.

"They knew we were not pleased with that statement," Pierluisi, a Democrat who endorsed President Barack Obama, said in an interview with Univision. "I'm glad that it was clarified because the results speak for themselves. The majority of voters in Puerto Rico requested a change of status and a majority of the voters in Puerto Rico chose statehood as the best option among the three options we have other than the current territorial status."

La Asociación de Estudiantes Estadistas de Puerto Rico (PRSSA por sus siglas en Inglés) celebró los resultados del plebiscito de status, que otorgan una victoria contundente al status y a la estadidad. Con 54% y 61.15%, el No y la Estadidad resultaron como los claros ganadores del evento electoral.
