Through collaboration with partner organizations, Live Wildly is helping improve economies, ecology and livelihoods by jump-starting corridor connection and protection. We’re starting our movement in Florida and helping protect the Florida Wildlife Corridor! Stretching from the Panhandle to the Everglades, the Florida Wildlife Corridor is the core of what makes Florida, Florida. Protecting the 18

Did you know native that some Florida ecosystems actually depend on periodic fires to survive? These burns clear thick underbrush, release seeds, and keep the habitat healthy for wildlife. You can see these fire-adapted landscapes thriving all across the state, including:
📍 Wild Turkey Strand Preserve (Pine flatwoods)
📍 Jonathan Dickinson State Park (Coastal scrub)
📍 Ocala National Forest (Longleaf pine forests)

But they also rely on more that just that one tree... they rely on the connected, clean waterways and protected timberlands of the Florida Wildlife Corridor to hunt, fish, and raise their young! 🦅
