Military Spouse Resource Spotlight: Four Block

"FourBlock equips transitioning service members and veterans to successfully transition from military service to meaningful new careers.

Our name FourBlock comes from a term used to describe the war-fighting strategy that has been implemented in Iraq and Afghanistan. In this strategy, service-members must simultaneously conduct humanitarian aid missions, peacekeeping operations and full-combat. U.S. Marines call this challenge the Three Block War. We believe that there is a fourth and final block to this strategy that is essential to our enduring success. The Fourth Block represents our mission to ensure that returning veterans have the tools and resources they need to begin new careers.

FourBlock has also joined forces with national learning company Prepare To Launch U to create a comprehensive, instructional career transition program for military spouses looking to return to work or pivot into new careers."
