With over 20 years of experience in child welfare, Holly Way brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and leadership to Children’s Network of Children's Network of Hillsborough.

As our Vice President of Administrative Services, Holly helps oversee critical partnerships and services that support children and families throughout Hillsborough County. Her career has touched nearly every part of the child welfare system, from case management and adoption to foster home licensing and beyond.
