“Vibrations are the feeling of the all pervading Divine Power within yourself on your central nervous system.”
— Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi,Founder.Sahaja Yoga Meditation (New Delhi, 10 February 1982)

This week is about something that sounds abstract but is surprisingly physical: meditators often feel a cool breeze on their palms and fingertips. That’s vibratory awareness — your own hands telling you what words can’t. Come and try it — it’s simple, spontaneous, and always free.

"Once you become, then you know we are all one."
— Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi (Scientific Conference, Moscow, Russia, 10 June 1998)

There is a quiet moment in meditation when the boundaries between "you" and everyone else begin to soften — and you feel that we are all part of one whole. That is how a person becomes a truly global personality: not by lecturing, but by becoming.

“Now the last and the most important one within us is the center of Sahasrara, the limbic area. When you enter into it, you become thoughtlessly aware. This is the area to be entered through the Kundalini.”

— Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, Founder of Sahaja Yoga Meditation
(Public Program, Sydney, Australia, 3 April 1981)

That silent place beyond your thoughts has a name — the Sahasrara, the crown center. When your attention reaches it, the mental noise falls away and you simply rest in the present.

Come and experience it — it’s simple, spontaneous, and always free.

“Now raise your hand to your forehead across please and press it on both the sides as if when you have headache. Now at this point you have to say, ‘Mother, I forgive everyone!’ Say this from your heart, not counting how many times but from your heart.”
— Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, Founder of Sahaja Yoga Meditation (1985, May 7, Public Program, Vienna, Austria)

Let go, leave the past behind — forgive everyone, from your heart. You don’t need to believe anything; just notice how much lighter you feel.

Forgiveness clears the heart, and a clear heart is where meditation begins.

“You must know that the Divine is the ocean of love and forgiveness. And there’s nothing that you have done that cannot be forgiven. Actually you are challenging the power of forgiveness of the Divine. First of all, you forgive yourself and be happy and pleasantly placed within yourself so that you get your Self-Realization.”
— Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi
Founder of Sahaja Yoga Meditation (1988, July 22, Public Program, Balboa Park, San Diego, USA)

Sunday is a good day to let go of what’s been weighing on you. Forgiveness — of others, and of yourself — clears the heart and makes space for peace. Meditation shows you how.

“Don’t talk in the morning, sit down, meditate — because at that time the Divine Rays come in, the sun comes afterwards. That’s how the birds get up. That’s how the flowers get up. They are all awakened by that.”
— Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi

SATISFACTION

“In the Gita, Shri Krishna has said, “*Atmaneva Atmane Shrushta.”* That means the Spirit gets satisfied by itself. It is not a very difficult thing to understand.

How can the Spirit be satisfied by itself? your own Spirit becomes satisfied with itself. It does not require any other satisfaction. You seek the comfort of your Spirit. You seek the joy of your Spirit. You seek the beauty of your Spirit. You do not even seek, but it is itself filled with that joy of the Spirit and it only can be satisfied by itself. ” The Spirit can be satisfied with Spirit only.

It is like the reflection in the mirror. When you look at the mirror, you see there your own reflection. Now, if the mirror is not all right, I will say, “I am not satisfied with the reflection we are getting out of this mirror.” So you will change the mirror. You will bring a better mirror. You will try to get a better picture of yourself”.
