Owl Creek Reservoir Commission The Owl Creek Reservoir Commission is an all volunteer organization dedicated to the maintenance and upkeep of the Owl Creek Reservoir in Tamaqua PA.

All concerns are reported to the OCRC Commissioner and then shared with the Borough of Tamaqua.

The ice has melted and the upper and lower reservoir docks are afloat, but not ready to use. The borough workers will be attaching them to the cement base in the next few weeks. Please be patient and do not use them until they are properly secured.
