OCATS: Ohio Center for Advocacy, Training and Support, Inc. The Ohio Center for Advocacy, Training and Support, Inc. was formed by a group of dedicated consumer OCATS is Ohio's grassroots statewide advocacy organization.

Organized in 2008 from the demise of Ohio Advocates for Mental Health we banded together to stand by, for, and about the people. The phoenix rising from the ashes is our logo as we literally grew from the remnants of OAMH and as such we must never give up on the determination we have to make Ohio a better place for mental health recipients and those in recovery. OCATS has had their 501(c)3 since 2009. We have relied on grants and foundation assistance thus far.
