PLEASE READ, SHARE AND ASK YOUR FRIENDS TO SHARE!!

The purpose of the Tallapoosa Historical Society is to preserve and restore important parts of Tallapoosa's history for future generations.
The Society is currently raising money to purchase the 1890's historic church located at the corner of Spring Street across from Miller Funeral Home. The original pulpit and pews are still in place. The wooded ceiling installed piece by piece by German artisans is a beautiful work of art that would be a tragedy for Tallapoosa if lost. It is the Society's desire to purchase, restore and preserve this Tallapoosa treasure as a historic museum for future generations to enjoy.
We need your financial support. Please mail your tax exempt donation to the Tallapoosa Historical Society, P.O. Box 51, Tallapoosa, GA 30176 or drop your donations by Allen's Florist or Miller Funeral Home. A local citizen has pledged to match any funds raised from this point forward.
Please join the Tallapoosa Historical Society in enriching the future by preserving the past.

We are looking for your help! The Pentecostal Holiness Church in Tallapoosa is for sale and the Tallapoosa Historical Society is looking to purchase this building and ensure it remains in its' original form. We need your pledges! We are needing about an additional $40,000 to purchase the property. Please call any of our members or send us a message if you'd like to pledge a donation to our cause! We will only ask for your donation when we have received our pledge goal. The Tallapoosa Historical Society is a nonprofit corporation and all donations will be tax deductible as a charitable donation. We thank you in advance for your help!
