Today, we celebrate the men who lead by example.

The fathers, grandfathers, uncles, mentors, coaches, and father figures who show up, sacrifice, encourage, teach, and love without limits.

Across Omega Lamplighters, Junior Lamplighters, Leaders In Training, and TORCh, we see firsthand the impact of strong men investing in the next generation. Every lesson taught, every ride given, every game attended, every difficult conversation, and every word of encouragement helps shape future leaders.

Thank you for being present. Thank you for being consistent. Thank you for helping us build young men and women of character, confidence, and purpose.
