We serve grades PreK-12. Tallahassee Classical School is a classical charter school and a member of the Barney Charter School Initiative. It was founded in 2017 and opened its doors to students in grades Kindergarten through 8th grade in Fall 2020. The mission of Tallahassee Classical School is to train the minds and improve the hearts of young people through a content-rich classical education in

the liberal arts and sciences, with instruction in the principles of moral character and civic virtue. The vision of Tallahassee Classical School is to develop exemplary citizens that are virtuous, thoughtful, articulate, and possess a life-long passion for learning.
