SeaSmart is seeking an ocean loving fundraising intern. This position will provide the proactive, self-motivated intern with exposure and experience in nonprofits, funds development and conservation. The intern will have access to SeaSmart’s Executive Director, Director of Education, Treasurer and Social Media Manager as resources. In addition, interns are invited to participate in workshops, programs, board meetings and any other meetings/events that take place during their tenure.
This summer, our intern’s duties will be performed remotely. The unpaid internship will require 15 hours per week, and will run from June 15 through August 20, 2021, or longer as interest/availability applies. A stipend may be awarded based on success in securing grants/funding. Service hours may be earned, depending on the school’s requirements.
