Independence Landing Independence Landing is a nonprofit corporation with a board of 13 dedicated volunteers to help bring a new housing option for people with disabilities.

We provide affordable, supportive and safe housing for individuals with a wide range of intellectual, cognitive and physical abilities with amenities that include social, vocational and employment opportunities that foster maximum independence. The vision for this community is a thriving campus of socialization, recreation, and continued opportunities for personal growth and life enrichment.

For nearly 30 years, the Florida Professional Firefighters Charities have been devoted to teaching our local communities about fire safety and emergency preparation, while also raising money and making donations to organizations that better these communities. Our 2nd Annual Beyond Limits: Adventure 5K & Fun Run is just around the corner, and we would like to give our most heartfelt thank you to our Presenting Sponsor, the Guardian Trust Foundation! 🌟

Since 2002, the Guardian Trust Foundation has directly supported individuals with disabilities and other tax-exempt organizations dedicated to serving those with disabilities. Their primary focus is crafting and managing Special Needs Trusts, ensuring future care for your loved one without jeopardizing their benefits. As a Florida-based 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporation, they have raised millions of dollars through public donations and program fees associated with the Special Needs Trusts, which all funnel back out to continue furthering their mission.
