Enriching musical experiences should be available to everyone, regardless of their level of skill, talent, genre, or expectations, and that everyone with the right combination of talent and motivation should be able to make a living by making music. Further, we believe it is imperative that all musicians share in the pool of resources organically created by the family called local musicians.
