⚽ The World Cup is tough... but leading people might be the toughest game of all.

Being a great leader doesn't require scoring goals, but it does require knowing when not to commit the workplace fouls that earn an HR Red Card.

This series highlights some of the most common leadership mistakes that can hurt trust, engagement, and culture.

The good news? Every red card is avoidable.

🚩 Red Card for disrespect.
🚩 Red Card for favoritism.
🚩 Red Card for poor communication.
🚩 Red Card for avoiding accountability.
