This interactive workshop explores key principles from The New P&L – Principles & Leadership and how they can help nonprofit organizations strengthen their culture, engage their people, and increase their impact. For nonprofits, success extends far beyond financial performance; it is measured through mission, impact, trust, relationships, and the ability to inspire people around a shared purpose.

Through discussion, reflection, and practical exercises, participants will explore the connection between purpose, principles, people, and performance, and how each influences leadership and organizational success. Attendees will leave with practical ideas for turning purpose into action, strengthening engagement among staff, volunteers, and stakeholders, and creating a more intentional, values-driven approach to leadership.
