Happy Birthday to two of Tallahassee's own legendary quarterbacks: Charlie Ward and Willie Simmons.

These local icons defined excellence under center and continue to lead with class from the court and the sideline. Charlie, the Heisman Trophy winner and national champion whose name graces our Offensive Player of the Year award, and Willie, the championship-winning coach and Big Bend star, both hold honorary lifetime memberships in the Tallahassee QB Club.

Your careers - from the highest of seven hills to the field and beyond - embody the standard we celebrate: toughness, character, and a relentless drive to win the right way. You continue to shape the game and inspire the next generation of champions in our community.

Join us on Saturday, November 7th from 10 AM – 6 PM(edit: We have extended the event hours!) as we celebrate 100 years of Johnston’s with live music, local vendors, family fun, tours, giveaways, and free samples!

Last year was such a blessing with over 4,000 people in attendance! We have more planned this year and can’t wait for more of y’all to come out and celebrate with us!

As we get closer to the date, we’ll be sharing more details about performances, vendors, giveaways, and everything else we have planned…so stay tuned!
