We're incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make the partnership between BBCoC and SIE CoLab such a success. Together, students, emerging leaders, community advocates, service providers, and local stakeholders came together to explore innovative solutions to homelessness in the Big Bend region.

Thank you to SIE CoLab, our partner agencies, volunteers, board members, community leaders, and everyone who contributed their time, ideas, and expertise. This work reminds us that addressing homelessness takes collaboration, creativity, and a shared commitment to our neighbors.

With temperatures reaching dangerous highs this week, please take extra precautions to stay safe. Stay hydrated, find shade or air conditioning when possible, and check on those who may be more vulnerable to the heat.

Our outreach teams will be throughout the community distributing water, electrolytes, cooling towels, and other heat-relief supplies to help keep our neighbors safe.

Stay cool. Stay hydrated. Take care of one another. 💙

Cold Night Shelter Available Tonight through Monday Night

Dangerously cold temperatures are expected to continue across Tallahassee and surrounding areas. These prolonged, life-threatening conditions make it critical for individuals experiencing homelessness to find a warm, safe place to sleep. Cold night shelter services will be available tonight through Monday night.
