The club survived summer heatwaves under the trees today at our annual picnic in Monticello, mainly because Paul and Phil magically manned the grill cooking Italian sausages to pair perfectly with Angie's peppers and onions. And what food! Everyone brought a dish to share, because potluck is code for 'we're all secretly good cooks'. Pictures coming soon.

We had a wonderful time at The Lodge at Wakulla Springs yesterday afternoon, where we thoroughly enjoyed Chicken Milanese and Penne Vodka while actively participating in the festive tradition of Secret Santa gift exchange.

IAMC members got their Italian on today with a potluck luncheon at Dorothy Oven Park Main House that was totally delizioso! Our members brought the heat with homemade (because store-bought just won't cut it) manicotti, eggplant Parmesan, meatballs, sausage & peppers, Italian appetizers and desserts. And that was just the beginning! There was music, laughter and good company galore.

Last evenng, twenty-one members of the Italian American Club of Tallahassee enjoyed delicious Peruvian specialities at Cafe de Martin. Good food and great company!
