Marketing Strategy and Design Strategy Competition Workshop!

Prepare to shine in our exciting Marketing and Design Strategy Competitions! In the Marketing Strategy Competition, you’ll develop and present a detailed marketing plan for a company based on a provided prompt, showcasing your exceptional analytical skills and presentation prowess. The Design Strategy Competition will push your creativity to the limit as you design and create an impressive graphic for a company within just one hour, demonstrating your innovative and technical design talents.

Both types of competitions will be held at our Spring Regional Conference on February 21st, so this workshop offers a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the competition and how to succeed. Get ready to demonstrate your marketing brilliance and unleash your creative flair!

Sign-up for our Internal Elevator Pitch Competition with Federated Insurance!

On February 6th, 2025, at 5:30 PM, we will host an exciting internal elevator pitch competition with our AMAzing club sponsor, Federated Insurance. Participants will have 90 seconds to pitch themselves for a Marketing Representative position at Federated Insurance, with no props allowed. The top three winners will receive cash prizes: $250 for first place, $150 for second, and $100 for third, along with guaranteed spots to compete in the AMA ICC in New Orleans. Emails confirming participation will be sent to those who filled out the sign-up form soon. Don’t miss this opportunity to showcase your skills and win big! Elevator Pitch Competition!

Showcase your skills in our Elevator Pitch Competition! It will most likely be virtual. You’ll pitch yourself to a company based on a role described in a prompt. Explain why you’d be a great fit for the company and aim to set up a future meeting or call. While this is a competition, it’s designed for practice and experience, and is meant to be fun!

Don’t forget, we’ll have a similar competition at our Spring Regional Conference on February 21st, so this is great practice to help you feel more comfortable.
