With the recent release of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Administration for Children and Families - ACF’ proposed rule, “Reducing Federal Burden for Head Start Programs,” the Florida Head Start Association is warning that these changes would strip away the comprehensive standards that have defined Head Start for more than 60 years.

FHSA will be submitting comments on the proposed rule and encourages all stakeholders to do the same.
