As we gear up for Open Enrollment, we want to take a moment to recognize and celebrate our incredible Human Resources team!

Yesterday, our HR staff gathered for a semi-annual meeting filled with learning, collaboration, brainstorming, fresh ideas, and community. It was an opportunity to reflect on our accomplishments, prepare for the busy season ahead, and continue finding ways to better serve our employees and programs.

We are grateful for the dedication, professionalism, and heart our HR team brings to the organization each and every day. Their work often happens behind the scenes, but the impact they have on our staff and agency is felt throughout Twin Oaks.

We are proud to have such a talented group of professionals leading the way and helping us build a stronger organization.

Today, we celebrated our incredible Twin Oaks teachers from AFYC and recognized their hard work throughout the school year!

We are extremely proud of the dedication, patience, and commitment they show our students every day. Their efforts create opportunities for success both inside and outside the classroom.

A special congratulations goes out to our students for achieving an impressive number of Level 3 scores on the state test assessments. This accomplishment reflects the hard work of both our students and teachers, and we couldn't be more proud!

Thank you for your passion, perseverance, and unwavering commitment to helping our students reach their full potential. We appreciate you and all that you do! 🍎📚🎉

Yesterday, we had the privilege of celebrating 20 incredible years of DOVE.

It was truly special to see so many community partners, current and former employees, long-tenured staff, supporters, and friends come together to reflect on the lives that have been impacted through this program. The room was filled with stories, memories, laughter, and gratitude for everyone who has played a part in DOVE's journey.

Thank you to each person who has invested your time, dedication, and heart into making DOVE what it is today. Your support and commitment have helped create opportunities and brighter futures for countless young women over the past two decades.

Here's to celebrating our past, honoring those who made it possible, and looking forward to the future.

Happy Mother's Day!

We hope everyone enjoyed a joyful and memorable day filled with love!

A special thank you to Mrs. Smith, our culinary teacher, who went above and beyond to celebrate this special occasion.

Along with her students, they prepared delicious cupcakes to share with all the wonderful women at our AFYC program who support our youth every day.

We truly appreciate how Mrs. Smith consistently makes her classes enjoyable and interactive while maintaining a thoughtful and caring approach. Her efforts not only teach valuable culinary skills but also foster a sense of gratitude and celebration among all of us.

It's Principal Day, and we send our best wishes to all of the amazing principals who go the extra mile to help our youth be the best they can be.

We are thankful for the partnership, support, resources, collaboration, and inclusion of our students, which begins with strong leadership. Every day may not be easy, but the impact that a positive school environment has on students' lives is truly a gift.

Kathryn made a trip to deliver small gifts to the principals who serve our kids on behalf of Twin Oaks and Harriet's Haven.
