FSU Friends of Internationals

FSU Friends of Internationals We are a student organization at Florida State University that exists to serve the international community on our campus!

Founded in 2004 by Christian Americans passionate about other cultures and putting their faith into action by serving others, Friends of Internationals exists to assist international students at FSU in adapting to life in a different culture. During its years of existence, FI has helped hundreds of international students improve their English and knowledge about American culture by our conversatio

n partners and special events, buy necessary items through our bi-monthly trips to Wal-Mart, provided free furniture yearly for Alumni Village residents, visit major US cities such as Atlanta and Boston, holding a transfer orientation for former Panama City, Panama students and building cross-cultural friendships among Americans and internationals. Partnering with the Global Pathways Certificate and Baptist Collegiate Ministry for service projects, we are always eager to find new ways to help the international community at Florida State University!
