Meet John Dain, one of our 2026 Summer Funded Travel Placement Scholars! John Gavin Dain

This summer, John will conduct an Honors-in-the-Major thesis project in Daytona Beach, Florida, focused on the experiences of unhoused individuals living with opioid-use disorder. Through community-based research, he hopes to amplify voices that are too often overlooked and contribute to conversations about care, dignity, and support.
