In recognition of mental health awareness month, FSU aKDPhi is here to highlight simple ways to improve your mental health and care for yourself. One of the many ways our sisters care for their mental health is by working out! Exercise has been proven to reduce stress, improve mood, and increase motivation and focus. When asked how working out affects their mental health, hereโs what some of our sisters had to say:

โฅ โi work out, not only because it makes me feel better physically but also mentally!! it helps manage my weight, improves my ability to do everyday activites, as well as strengthens my muscles. ๐ช๐ผ it also improves my mood whenever i need a break from studying or working.โ - Faith
