The purpose of this page to disseminate information on running, racing, and fitness to the community. Also, this forum allows community members to connect with each other and with the page (and ultimately the Club) to exchange information, ask questions, provide support/answers/opinions that are relevant, interesting, entertaining, or otherwise.
