Meet Idren!

Idren is a 4-month-old kitten with the perfect mix of playful charm, cuddly affection, and independent spirit! This curious little girl loves exploring her world, discovering new things, and turning just about anything into an adventure. She’s full of kitten antics and playful energy, but she has a softer side, too—she loves cuddles and sharing sweet moments with her favorite people. 💕

One of Idren’s favorite things is spending time with the giant resident dogs and cats in her foster home! 🐶🐱 She loves having furry friends around and enjoys being part of the action. Whether she’s chasing toys, investigating something new, playing with her furry friends, or snuggling up for some affection, Idren brings a little extra joy to every day.

Adoption update on Emmit — one of Gracie’s kittens! 🐾❤️

Emmit has a new name and a new life! He is now Felix, and it sounds like he is quite the celebrity in his new home. His mom’s apartment complex proudly displays Felix as Pet of the Month!

💔 We lost little Cooper today.

Cooper did not make it through his surgery. Despite the heroic efforts of our veterinarians to bring him back after he crashed, his tiny body could not keep fighting.

His little body had been through far too much neglect. We knew his surgery would be risky, but doing nothing was never an option. His ruptured eyes must have caused him unimaginable pain, and he deserved the chance to be free from that suffering.

We had hoped so much that Cooper would make it. That he would finally know comfort, love, and a life he should have had from the very beginning.

Run free, little Cooper. 🌈💔
You were loved. You mattered. And we will never forget you. Please keep his fosters in your thoughts as they had become quiet attached.

💔 Batgirl needs our help again — for the fourth time.

As you may recall, Batgirl was returned to our rescue six years after she was adopted, through no fault of her own. Her owner developed health issues. We found her another home, but unfortunately, the resident cat was very afraid of Batgirl and she was returned.

Batgirl was adopted again, and while she gets along fine with the female cat in the household, the male cats picks on her — and Batgirl isn’t very good at defending herself. 😿 The adopters tried to make it work for 3 months, but at this point we don’t believe it’s fair for Batgirl to have to live in a room when she wants to be with people. They said “she is the sweetest most loving cat.”

After everything she has been through, we believe Batgirl would be happiest as an only cat. She was an only cat in her first home, and at this point in her life, we think she would really appreciate having her people all to herself.

Batgirl is a very sweet girl who loves human interaction, attention, and a good string toy to play with. Batgirl is a little over 6 years old.

She has had to start over too many times. Please help us find Batgirl her forever home — one where she can be the only queen of the castle. 👑🐈‍⬛. Batgirl has never been around dogs.

Cooper’s surgery is scheduled for this Friday.

This little guy has been through so much already, and we are hoping his double eye enucleation goes smoothly. Until then, we’ll continue keeping him comfortable with his pain medication and eye ointment.

Please keep Cooper in your thoughts and send him lots of love as he gets ready for this very important surgery.
