As we reflect on this year, our hearts are full of gratitude 💛

To every member, supporter, advocate, donor, and follower of the Florida Restorative Justice Association—thank you. Because of you, we continue to uplift voices, foster healing, and strengthen communities through restorative justice.

As the year comes to a close, we invite you to help us finish strong. The work doesn’t stop at year’s end—healing, education, and community restoration require ongoing commitment and resources.

✨ Your end-of-year donation makes a real difference.
It sustains our programs, expands our reach, and ensures that restorative justice remains accessible to the communities that need it most.

If you believe in justice that heals, accountability that restores, and communities rooted in compassion, please consider giving before the year ends—and sharing our mission with others.

Together, we are creating lasting change.
Together, we restore. 💫

With gratitude and hope,
FRJA BOARD

On 18 December 1990, the General Assembly of the United Nations adopted a resolution on the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families.

International Migrants Day offers a meaningful opportunity to honor the invaluable contributions of millions of migrants worldwide, while also drawing attention to the increasingly complex realities and challenges shaping migration today.
Together, step by step, we can build a world where migration is safe, orderly, and beneficial for all.

Aaron Williamson was led to restorative justice through his work as an attorney. Through his experience in civil litigation and in defending clients in criminal trials, Aaron saw first-hand how existing systems for addressing harm behavior fail to address the need of those who are harmed and to foster real accountability in those who cause harm. Instead, he saw that those systems disempower people impacted by harm and often lead to more harm.

In restorative justice, Aaron found tools to address the roots of harmful behavior, while honoring the dignity and humanity of everyone involved. He has since incorporated a restorative approach into his day-to-day law practice counseling nonprofit organizations and their communities, particularly in the technology space. He counsels clients on using restorative practices to resolve conflict between people and organizations, and to address harm caused by community members, employees, and third parties.
