Leadership lessons. Meaningful connections. A room full of women committed to growing, learning, and lifting one another up. ✨

This month’s Professional Women’s Forum was a powerful reminder of why this program has remained a cornerstone of our Chamber community for more than 40 years.

Attendees gathered to connect, share experiences, and hear from Dr. Ashlee Fontes of TLH Reckoning - Tallahassee, whose journey of breaking barriers and building opportunities inspired meaningful conversations long after the program ended.

Professional Women’s Forum continues to be a space where women at every stage of their careers can gain new perspectives, build lasting relationships, and leave energized to take on what’s next.

We’re already looking forward to the next one.

Sunday morning at is bringing big conversations about growth, development, and what it takes to build lasting economic momentum across our region.

This year’s Sunday General Session will close out Conference with a two-part discussion focused on how Tallahassee and the broader region are growing through strategic commercial development, downtown activation, market demand, and thoughtfully planned communities.

The first segment, The Economic Engine: Commercial Growth, Downtown Activation & Market Demand, will feature Ed Murray, Jr., and Slaton Murray of NAI TALCOR, taking a closer look at how office, retail, and mixed-use development are responding to workforce trends and helping attract employers and talent.

The second segment, From Neighborhoods to Ecosystems: The Power of Master-Planned Communities, will feature Richard Darabi of Moore Bass Consulting, Joe Everson of D.R. Horton Tallahassee/South Georgia, and Grady Miars of GreenPointe Holdings, LLC, exploring how planned communities, infrastructure, placemaking, and regional growth connect to job creation, business investment, and quality of life.
