Head Start is changing. Let’s talk about what it could mean for Florida.

Join FLAEYC on September 2 from 6:00 to 7:00 PM for a special One Voice session featuring Wanda Minick, Executive Director of the Florida Head Start Association.

We’ll discuss the recently proposed Head Start changes, their potential impact on programs, professionals, children, and families, and what Florida’s early childhood community should know as the public comment period continues.

Following the update, we’ll open the floor for questions and member perspectives.

Jen spotted a few unexpected visitors from her room at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront, and naturally, Wendy had questions.

Staying at the conference hotel means you can enjoy the full FLAEYC experience without adding a drive to the end of a long day. Sessions downstairs. Bed upstairs. Riverfront visitors possible, but not guaranteed.
