Children's Forum The Children's Forum answers the call to fill needs in the early learning system by bringing expertise across programs, research, and policy.

The Children's Forum promotes policies and practices that support healthy growth and development of children in early learning and afterschool environments. The Forum accomplishes its mission in several ways including conducting research and evaluation studies and administering programs aimed at improving the education, compensation and retention of the early childhood and afterschool workforce. Many thanks to the Orlando Sentinel for publishing an article on LENA Grow, a professional development program that helps teachers engage in more meaningful interactions or conversational turns with the children in their classrooms.
We are excited to partner with LENA to provide certified coaching to early educators to reflect on data and build upon their personal strengths.

The program, which uses devices inside pint-sized vests that young students wear, aims to boost the quality of teacher-child interactions and is being used in 400 preschools in Florida.
