We’re pleased to share that S&S Foundation has officially acquired its first property for affordable housing development. This project will include 20+ mixed-income units serving individuals experiencing homelessness, low-income families, and veterans.

This milestone advances our mission to deliver affordable housing paired with financial coaching and access to essential goods—supporting long-term stability and pathways to homeownership.

We extend our sincere thanks to our partners whose support and collaboration helped make this milestone possible, including Florida Housing Finance Corporation, Florida Housing Coalition, Bank of America, and Florida Community Loan Fund.

We’re also grateful to everyone who supported this effort through donations, participation, shared resources, and engagement with Sherry and Samara’s Savings Saga. More updates will be shared as development progresses.
