Happy with Charlotte! 😸

Charlotte, now known as Mazzy, was adopted in September 2025 and recently celebrated her first birthday back in June! 🎂

Mazzy is still just as playful as ever and loves being involved in whatever is happening around the apartment. She follows her person and roommates around, making sure she never misses out on the action. She also loves playing with her roommate’s cat, Corvette, and has proven to be an incredibly friendly girl who loves both people and other kitties.

When Mazzy isn’t busy playing or following everyone around, you can usually find her enjoying one of her favorite things—lounging in her cozy Kiwi bed, climbing her cat towers, hanging out with Corvette, or enjoying a Churu treat. 😻 She has clearly figured out how to make the most of the good life!

It sounds like Mazzy has settled into her forever home perfectly. She has kitty companionship, plenty of playtime, lots of cozy spots to relax, and people who adore her. We couldn’t be happier knowing this sweet girl is thriving and getting to be the happy, social cat she was meant to be. 🥹

We are so grateful to Mazzy’s family for giving her such a wonderful life, and we love getting to watch our former rescue babies grow up and flourish in their forever homes.

Happy belated birthday, sweet Mazzy! Here’s to another year filled with playtime, Churus, cat tower adventures, and lots of love. 🐾 Happy tails! 💚

Today, we're celebrating with Minnow and Coraline! 💚

Minnow, now known as Gimli, was adopted in April 2025, while his sister Coraline joined their forever home in October 2025. These two have become quite bonded over time, and their family says they truly do everything together. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome for these two sweet kitties!

Gimli is definitely the more introverted of the two. He loves lounging in front of any window he can find, happily watching the world go by. But don't let his quiet personality fool you—when it’s playtime, he is rambunctious and ready to GO! 😂 He can also be a little feisty and has been known to initiate a cat fight every now and then… only to discover that perhaps he should have thought that through first. Despite his occasional troublemaking, Gimli is incredibly sweet with people and absolutely adores his owner.

And then there’s Coraline! This girl is a strong, independent little lady with the ultimate go-with-the-flow personality. She is incredibly curious and wants to be involved in absolutely everything. Her family says she loves helping with any project that doesn’t require a cat—which, naturally, means she has to supervise every project anyway. She also has a serious love for cardboard boxes and, perhaps most importantly, she makes sure to keep her brother Gimli in line!

The best part? These two are still incredibly bonded. Whether they’re lounging, playing, exploring, or getting into a little bit of mischief, Gimli and Coraline are happiest when they’re together. 🥹 We are SO happy for Gimli and Coraline and couldn’t have asked for a better outcome for these two!

Happy with Pumpkin! 😸

Remember sweet Pumpkin? Well, he has a new name and an even better life! 🥹 Pumpkin was adopted back in October 2025 and is now proudly known as Scout. We absolutely love getting updates on our former ZAR babies, and Scout’s update has us smiling from ear to ear!

From the very beginning, Scout was always the big boy compared to his sister, and apparently, that hasn’t changed! Now a whole year old, Scout is still living up to his reputation as a big boy and has grown into such a handsome, happy cat.

Scout is an adventurous and playful guy who loves getting out and exploring the world around him. One of his favorite activities is climbing trees, because apparently regular cat activities just aren’t adventurous enough for this boy! 😂 He also loves to play, run around, explore, and then eventually settle down for some relaxing lounging time. He has the perfect balance of being ready for an adventure one minute and perfectly content to kick back and enjoy a quiet day the next.

And Scout isn’t living his best life alone! He has a kitty brother named Jon to share his home and adventures with. We absolutely love knowing that our former babies get to grow up surrounded by companionship, love, and all the little comforts that make a house a home.

It feels like just yesterday that Pumpkin was waiting for his forever family, and now he’s a whole year old, thriving, and completely settled into his life as Scout. Watching our rescue babies grow up and seeing them become happy, confident members of their families is one of the very best parts of rescue.

We are SO happy that Scout has such an amazing life and a family who loves him. Thank you to his family for giving this big, adventurous, playful boy the wonderful life he deserves! 💚

We share this news with heavy hearts: Feline Fine Animal Rescue is officially closing our Tallahassee operations as we prepare to depart the city.

All good things must come to an end, and what a wild, beautiful ride it has been. Dating back to our very first adoption on January 6, 2024, we never could have imagined that our time in Tallahassee would lead to 200 adoptions and 71 TNRs.

We are endlessly grateful to the incredible community that supported us every step of the way, to the veterinary teams who worked alongside us to provide our kitties with the highest level of care, and, of course, to our amazing fosters and adopters who made all of this possible.

While our Tallahassee operations are officially closed, we’ll continue sharing updates on our adopted kitties, and we still have one very special adoption left to announce. 💚

We will carry the memories, the friendships, and every single kitty we met along the way with us forever.

But this isn’t goodbye forever. We’re so excited to look toward the future and reopen later this fall in Tampa! 😸

Thank you, Tallahassee, for an unforgettable chapter.

Congratulations to Cami on her recent adoption! 💚

Cami joined an incredible family that has already played such a special role in FFAR. After adopting Stetson in November 2025, Fernanda and Alex went on to foster multiple amazing kitties and continued to support our rescue in so many ways. 🐾

Now, a few months later, they’ve moved into a new chapter of their lives — and they decided there was only one thing missing from their new home: a second FFAR kitty! 🥹💕

Cami, now Kiwi, was the perfect addition. She and Stetson have been busy doing zoomies, playing all day long, and making the most of having a built-in best friend. 😸

We are SO happy for this wonderful family and these two FFAR alumni, who are officially living their best lives together. Thank you, Fernanda and Alex, for continuing to open your hearts and home to rescue kitties.

Happy International Cat Day — and what better day to announce an adoption?! 🐾

Two weeks ago, sweet Clive went home from our adoption event, and we couldn’t be happier for him! 🥳

When Clive first came to us, he was such a small, young boy that we weren’t sure he would make it through those first few weeks of kittenhood. But Clive had other plans. He proved us all wrong and blossomed into the goofiest, most playful little kitten. 🥹

And now, this lucky guy has a family of his very own! Clive is officially Mr. D., and we couldn’t have dreamed of a better ending for him. We’re so happy for Mr. D and his new family, and we know they have a lifetime of laughs, love, and plenty of kitten antics ahead 😸

Congratulations to Nova on finding her true forever home! 😸

Nova was adopted as a kitten alongside another kitty, Goose. Sadly, after 2½ years, she was returned to us. Losing the only home you've ever known is incredibly difficult, and our hearts ached for this sweet girl. While Goose was recently adopted, Nova stayed waiting for her turn at a happily ever after.

Despite a rough patch in her story, Nova never let it get in her way. An incredible couple was looking for a kitty to make the center of their world, and Nova fit just what they were looking for. Now renamed Tova, this sweet girl perches up on her huge windowsill to watch the sunset each morning with her new people and cuddles the day away.

We couldn't be happier to see Tova so loved and surrounded by a family that's forever. Congratulations, Tova —we're so excited for this new chapter! 🐾💜

Happy with Chica, now known as Willow! 🐾

Adopted in October 2025, Willow is still a diva in every sense of the word! She is sassy, spunky, intelligent, loving, playful, independent, and so silly/funny. Outside of napping, she loves playing hide-and-seek (she tries to surprise her family when she thinks they aren’t paying attention), batting around her pom-poms and springs, running absolutely wild around the apartment at 10 PM, and carrying her beloved stuffed dog around like it's her baby. Willow also LOVES to eat and is possibly one of the most persistent girls when she wants to be fed or get a treat—if she hears the pantry open, she comes running!

While independent and fierce, Willow also has the sweetest cuddly side and knows exactly how to melt hearts when she's in the mood for affection. She has even memorized her family's car horns, so whenever she hears one of them beep as they arrive home, she waits by the door and greets them with the sweetest chirps and meows. 🥹 Willow is the light of her family's lives and makes every day brighter!

We are so happy that Willow found such an incredible family that continues to make her the center of their world every single day! 😸💚
