📢 Hunger in Georgia: A Silent Crisis

Over 1.6 million Georgians, including nearly 500,000 children, face hunger daily. That's 1 in 7 people in our state.

With the end of the school year, many children lose access to regular meals provided at school, intensifying the issue.

📢 Hunger in Florida: A Growing Concern

More than 2.9 million Floridians, including over 800,000 children, struggle with food insecurity. That's 1 in 5 children facing hunger daily.

Recent budget cuts have led several school districts, including Broward and Duval, to discontinue universal free lunch programs for the 2025-26 school year, reinstating an application-based process. This change increases the burden on families already struggling to provide nutritious meals for their children.
