We’re excited to partner with Griffin Middle School this month to offer a "Restorative Classroom Management Retreat" for teachers June 16-18.

Creating supportive school communities starts with communication, accountability, relationship-building, and making sure students feel seen and supported in meaningful ways.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to work alongside educators who continue investing in practices that strengthen school culture and student relationships throughout Tallahassee and Leon County.

At Connection First, volunteers play a critical role in restorative processes by helping represent the voice of the community and supporting conversations around accountability and healing.

Through our Community Connections initiative, some program graduates return as peer mentors, supporting other teens as they learn communication and relationship-building skills.

We’re grateful to have been part of a room filled with community leaders, partners, supporters, and change makers. All coming together to celebrate growth, opportunity, and impact.

It was meaningful to connect with new faces, reconnect with longtime partners, and share space with organizations that continue working toward stronger communities across Tallahassee and Leon County.

This milestone expands access to our Restorative Justice Program for individuals on probation with a victim awareness condition—creating more opportunities for accountability, healing, and meaningful dialogue.
