Welcome to our Thumbody Rocks Children's Week FL page! We're going to have fun with this because it involves children, youth, teachers, caseworkers, families, and other significant adults in the lives of children -- in essence, anyone who cares about Florida's kids. We want you to decorate rocks with thumbprint art (be creative) and on the back of your rock, write with a Sharpie "Post you
r find on FB. If you want to include you or a child's name and city, that's all good! Seal your rock to protect it from the elements (spray clear gloss or waterproof ModPodge) and then hide your rock(s) in a public place. Keep checking back on our page to see if someone has found your rock, taken a photo of it, and posted on our page! Let's see how many Thumbody Rocks we can create and find in our great state of Florida. Because every thumbprint is unique and represents a child or someone who dearly cares for them. It is our firm belief that every child matters, every rock representing a child in our state matters, and our state should be an amazingly safe place where our children can grow, thrive, and prosper. We hope you agree and will join with us in communicating the incredible value and potential that Florida's children represent.
