Amendment 3 would create legal, regulated markets that ensure packaging doesn’t attract minors. The Florida Health Dept. would have full oversight and final approval over packaging materials.

Language in Amendment 3 does NOT give civil immunity to ma*****na companies. The language referenced by the prohibitionists is the same language that exists in the Medical Ma*****na Amendment currently on the books in Florida, passed by Florida voters in 2016 by 71%.
