Congratulations to Conner Stewart for winning Services for the Blind “Student of the Month’ for September. The category for September is “Resilience” and Conner has shown remarkable resilience and strength of character here at Gentry. He is a model student who consistently demonstrates a positive attitude, tenacity, and a willingness to help others in need. Conner does well in whatever he sets out to accomplish. In spite of personal challenges, he continues to carry himself with strong morals and an agreeable spirit. Students believe that Conner is a great role model for others and the world needs more Conner’s to spread kindness, strength and positivity. Thank you Conner, your resiliency, strong character and positive attitude is recognized and appreciated.
Congratulations to Sanford Bentley for winning Services for the Blind ‘Student of the Month’ for September. The category for September is ‘Resilience’ and Sanford has demonstrated remarkable perseverance by successfully completing his AT computer training and work experience program. Among Sanford’s many accomplishments, he has earned his forklift certification. Even during the difficult times where giving up is always an option, Sanford remains resilient, focused and determined to meet his personal and employment goals. ‘We see you Sanford”!
