We are one week away from the drawing. To be completely transparent, so few tickets have sold that the expense of the supplies, advertising, and other costs of running the raffle have set us back further than if we hadn’t done the raffle at all. Please consider buying some tickets, because we need the funds to host cooking and baking classes for those in need.

Only 11 more days until the raffle ticket sales are over. Tickets will be available on our website and at the Riggin Farm booth at the BridgeMill Farmer’s Market on Wednesday 6/12, the Northgate Station Market on 6/15 & 6/21, and the The Summer Mountain Market on 6/22. $5 for one chance to win or $20 for five chances in the drawing. Not many tickets have been sold yet, so the odds of winning one of several prizes are very good. All the funds raised will go towards operating costs to host classes for those in need.

It’s the first day of our BIG raffle! Two grand prize winners will receive 1/2 of a custom-cut Riggin Farm pig (over $750 retail value). We also have some great runner up prizes like a coffee gift basket that includes freshly roasted coffee from a local roaster, french press, spill-proof travel tumbler, and a frother. Buy your tickets online on our website or at the Riggin Farm booth at the various markets they attend. Tickets will be drawn and winners announced on June 23rd.

We got some of our raffle supplies for our first ever raffle! Win great prizes from local businesses, including two grand prize winners who will each get $1,000+ worth of pasture-raised heritage pork! Tickets will be available May 25 through June 22, and the drawing will be on June 23.

We can legally do fundraising raffles now! Our first one will start in May and end in June. We’ll be looking for donations from local businesses in the next few months to ensure there are some great prizes to win. .farm is donating for $2,000 worth of pasture-raised meat and other farm goodies. Stay tuned for more details or reach out to us if you’d like to make a donation.

We made 25 gallons of seed starting mix and filled 1,376 cells & several tubs for later use. We’ll be using the mix in our seed starting class and will grow plants starts for our garden transplanting classes.
