The Talkeetna Elementary School PTA is once again hosting a baked goods and trail snacks sale at the starting line of the Oosik Classic Ski Race. We are will be selling individually wrapped or bagged baked goods and other items. Think breakfast burritos, energy bars, cookies, small sandwiches, and other tasty trail snacks! We will also have water, hot cocoa, instant coffee, and electrolytes!
If you are interested in donating any of these items for the sale, they can be dropped off with Autumn Merritt at the Talkeetna Museum downtown on Friday March 13th, before 5pm. We are also looking for some charming faces to help set up and staff the table between 9:00am and 12:00pm on race day. The volunteer sign up sheet is located here: https://volunteersignup.org/MXBKY
All proceeds from this sale will go to supporting the Healthy Lifestyles Program at Talkeetna Elementary, which includes healthy snack, salad bar, cross country running, and more!
