Talent Food Project is hosting a city-wide food drive this Saturday 9-11 for the Pantry! Toiletries and pet food - including open bags of dry food - are also welcome. Thank you TFP!

Thank you so much to Empowered Life Church for collecting and donating 308 lbs of food for the Talent Food Pantry! And just in time for Thanksgiving, with a ton of holiday meal food and even a case of sparkling cider. So awesome.

Thank you so much to Ceremony: Bench & Larder for the 20 loaves of freshly baked sourdough bread they donated to some very stoked Food Pantry shoppers today. Such a treat for us to have something like this to give out, and wow, what a kind and generous way to treat the members of their new community who are struggling right now. THANK YOU Cody and Tina!

"ACCESS food pantries — serving about 25,000 people annually throughout Jackson County and relying on about 400 volunteers to run 30 food pantries — have experienced a 19% decrease in federally allocated food over the last six months, ACCESS Chief Advancement Officer Kellie Battaglia said. Folks, we will be back outside for the next Pantry service - 4-5 pm on Monday Sept 8th - so that the Red Cross Blood Drive can do its thing inside the Talent Community Center. As long as it's predicted to stay under 95 degrees the ACCESS van and all us volunteers will be there ready to serve. See you in the parking lot!

The Pantry will be open on Labor Day! Monday Sept 1st ACCESS will be closed but the Pantry will still be offering a limited selection of non-perishable groceries for those who need it. We will have shelf stable items and canned goods, but we will not have any meat, dairy, or produce.

Many thanks to the City of Talent for letting us use the Community Center even though City is closed for business that day, and to the Talent Food Project donors for providing the food!

Yeah it's gonna be real hot on Monday. No we're not gonna cancel again because we'll be inside for the rest of summer, yay!

If you are in need of food support you are welcome to come down to the Talent Food Pantry on Mondays 4-5 pm in Rooms A/B of the Talent Community Center (behind City Hall at 104 E Main St).

You do not need to show proof of income or an ID to pick up food. We do the number lottery at 4 pm sharp. You can come later than 4 but there will likely be a wait. You will be able to wait seated inside for your turn to shop. Please bring your reusable bags.
