BBQ CookOFF Rules

All contestants can show up December 1st to set up at 5:00PM
At the Talco Park 301 n 4th st

You will serve December 2nd at 12:00pm

It’s 30 dollars a team and each team must provide 60 pounds of meat.
The meat will be inspected (No pre marinated)
All meat must remain closed until 7:00pm

We will be judging
Brisket 1st,2nd,3rd
Ribs 1st,2nd,3rd
Pulled pork 1st,2nd,3rd
Beans 1st,2nd,3rd
People choice 1st

All food must be ready for
Judging 11:30 am
Serve community at 12:00pm

All Proceeds go to Talco for the 4th of July/memorial wall.
