We exist to be a demonstration of God’s love to our region by meeting their tangible needs. When we feed them - we feed HIM. When we clothe them - we clothe HIM.

Jesus tells us in Matthew 25:40 that whatever we do for the least of His people we do unto Him. When we love them - we love HIM. Avenue Outreach is now the Avenue Dream Center. The Avenue Dream Center is a Kingdom-driven vessel equipped to change communities. Our goal is to provoke generational change for those who desire freedom in Christ. We hold the hands of our neighbors and guide them to a fo

undation of hope, joy, recovery, and freedom. The relentless pursuit of Jesus accelerates us forward, restoring honor to those we serve

John 13:35 says our love for one another will prove to the world that we are disciples of Jesus. We want to show our community that the Avenue Dream Center loves them and that God loves them by providing support, resources and assistance when they are in need.

From small home repairs and yard work to organizing spaces, car repairs, and simple acts of kindness, every project is an opportunity to remind someone they are seen, valued, and not alone.

🥫 Mobile Pantry Coming to The Avenue!

Second Harvest Food Bank will be at The Avenue Church on Tuesday, September 1, beginning at 10:00 AM. Food will be distributed while supplies last.

📍 6057 W. Andrew Johnson Hwy

Morristown, TN 37877

Please arrive when distribution begins at 10:00 AM rather than coming early.

This Mobile Pantry will return on the first Tuesday of each month. Share this post and help us spread the word to families in our community!

Even though our food distribution is temporarily paused during construction, hope is still being delivered throughout our community.

Because of our partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee, families can still access food through local pantry partners across our region.

We’re grateful to serve alongside incredible community partners, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back to the Dream Center when construction is complete.

A heartfelt thank you to Douglas-Cherokee Economic Authority for partnering with us at this year’s Dream Center Back to School Night.

Every day, DCEA works to empower families by providing resources, educational opportunities, energy assistance, housing support, senior services, and programs that help individuals and families build a stronger future. Their mission is centered on creating stability and opportunity for those who need it most. (DCEA⁠)

At Back to School Night, they went one step further.

Their team showed up with school supplies, smiling faces, and a heart to invest in the next generation. They didn’t simply hand out resources—they helped create an environment where every child felt seen, encouraged, and excited for the school year ahead.

There’s something special about a community that shows up for its kids. 🚔🤍

A huge thank you to the Hamblen County Sheriff’s Department for being part of this year’s Dream Center Back to School Night!

From bringing a patrol vehicle into the mall for kids to explore and take pictures with, to every smile, high five, conversation, and genuine interaction, your team helped create moments that families won’t forget.

What meant the most wasn’t just the patrol car—it was seeing deputies take time to connect, laugh, encourage, and remind children that they’re cared for by the people who serve and protect our community every day.

We’re incredibly grateful for your partnership and for the way you continue to invest in the next generation.
