I just received a message from the mother of one of the Cameron Terry Scholarship recipients thanking me and telling me her son moved into his college dorm room last week and there where things he needed that she never imagined and they were able to get all of it with that $1000 and had a snack budget left over so he has some cash in his pocket. She expressed what a blessing it was because he would have had to go without.
This was my reminder to keep Going. To get back on the grind of continuing his legacy and making sure this Scholarship continues on. Cam would do anything to help these young men get on the right path and go to college. He was so adamant about them graduating high-school and continuing their education. I know so many are out there making him proud right now!!
I want to thank again every individual or company that helped raise money for the 3 Scholarships we gave out last year. Hopefully this year we can actually get into the schools and meet the kids, get pictures, etc. I love you all!!
