DC Systema We welcome all levels, even if you have zero self-defense or martial arts experience.

Classes are open to anyone 18 years or older, and there are no contracts, no uniforms and no equipment to buy. We are a certified school in the Washington, DC metropolitan area dedicated to the study of the Russian Martial Art of Systema under the guidance of Vladimir Vasiliev. Our purpose is to offer the public the opportunity to study Russian Martial Art for one's personal development.

We tried something different this time - after the Adam Zettler seminar hosted at Systema Greenville a couple of weeks ago, we thought it would be beneficial to have a follow-up workshop to do a deeper dive into some of the concepts and training from this weekend event. This training reinforcement was well received and proved to be very helpful. I hope this is something that gets carried forward after future seminars.
