Welcome to this page!

It was developed so that members of Generations Church can share items with others in order to eliminate need with our own abundance!

Please feel free to post requests for material items or post descriptions or images of items you wish to give. If no one within our church has need of the items, please consider giving them through different local organizations such as Hands of Grace, the Zoe Institute or other various charitable methods located in our community.

If someone posts an item you could use, please comment on their post requesting that item and then you will organize amongst yourselves how to meet to give/retrieve items.

This page is simply about giving and requesting as needs arise with open hands and open hearts, modeling our behavior after the early church.

Acts 2:44-45
"And all that believed were together and had all things common; And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need."

Acts 4:32-35
"And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common. And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all. Neither was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them and brought the prices of the things that were sold and laid them down at the apostles' feet: and distribution was made unto every man according as he had need."

2 Corinthians 8:13-15
"For I mean not that other men be eased, and ye burdened: But by an equality, that now at this time your abundance may be a supply for their want, that their abundance also may be a supply for your want: that there may be equality: As it is written, He that had gathered much had nothing over; and he that had gathered little had no lack."*
