Good grief! Auditions are almost here!

Auditions for Tahlequah Community Playhouse, Inc.'s production of You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, directed by Bryn Smith, will be held June 22-23, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Presbyterian Church in Tahlequah.

Auditioners should prepare a familiar song that showcases their vocal range and bring accompaniment music that can be played through a speaker. Song selections should be limited to one verse or a brief excerpt.

The production will feature six principal roles, along with 2-4 additional ensemble roles. Singing and dancing are required for all cast members.

Based on the beloved characters created by Charles M. Schulz, You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown brings Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Lucy, Linus, Schroeder and Sally to life in a charming musical celebration of friendship, childhood, and finding joy in everyday moments. Filled with memorable songs and heartwarming humor, this family friendly favorite has delighted audiences for generations.

Performance dates are September 11-13 and 18-20, 2026

What an incredible weekend.

As our Season 53 Sneak Peek comes to a close, all of us at Tahlequah Community Playhouse want to sincerely thank everyone who attended, supported and helped make this event such a success.
