Just wrapped up the Standards for Excellence workshop with the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits—and I’m leaving so inspired!

I’m so thankful I got to share it with a colleague, Jennifer Phillips. I think we both left feeling energized, encouraged, and full of new ideas to take back to our organization. This workshop was all about building stronger, more thoughtful nonprofits—and I couldn’t be prouder to be part of this work.

We’re bringing home new ideas, fresh energy, and a deeper commitment to doing this work with intention and heart.
